Being the quintessential album rock band, Pink Floyd hasn't had much luck with "best-of" and "greatest-hits" compilations, like A Collection of Great Dance Songs and the bizarro follow-up, prinmarctiroriges.pheledachugadendenaducnodaham.infoinfo both of those were released in the early '80s (and time travel being unavailable even to Pink Floyd), they obviously left out any tracks from the post-Roger Waters era albums.

I bought echoes again as a replacement for my previous one which sustained some damage and the reason I opted to rebuy the same cd was because of the vast amount of songs in comparison to a single pink Floyd cd which seem to finish as soon as they start regular listeners of this band will know what im talking about you put on wish you were here and you start to wonder weres the rest of it with.

Echoes: The Best of Pink Floyd was released in November and is generally considered the best available Pink Floyd compilation album, but only if you do not take into account the live album Pulse. The album is divided into two CDs, but really the order of the songs seems jumbled up and the album does not seem to follow a certain pattern.
